  • What: Join us for a fun, educational program focused on movement and fostering a growth mindset for kids who want to safely explore and strengthen their bodies!

  • When: 1-3pm, Monday-Wednesday

    Camp #1: June 24th-26th (K-4th)

    Camp #2: July 22nd-24th (5th-8th)

    Camp #3: August 5th-7th (9th-12th)

My son really enjoys Youth Valut classes. The trainers understand how to make the classes fun while teaching proper lifting form and the benefits of exercise. The environment is very encouraging while at the same time challenging the kids out of their comfort zone. My son has noticed positive changes in his conditioning and increased confidence. He loves to show me the exercises he has learned in class and practice them further at home. I am happy that he is learning the basic skills that will lead to a healthy and active lifestyle.


Anthony has loved working out at the vault with other kids his age. He’s strengthened his whole body and enjoys the agility workouts like the ladder. He’s learning how to set goals and enjoys seeing progress. Coach Cortney is very supportive and really loves the kids. He feels comfortable working out there and said it’s fun supporting each other!


Our 11 year old daughter is on a year round competitive swim team and is used to a lot of exercise. She had a few weeks off in between the winter and spring season and was looking for something to maintain and improve her fitness and strength while she waited for practices to start again. The youth program at Vault is exactly what we were looking for. It has given her wonderful exposure to full body fitness as she learned to use kettlebells, do box jumps, pulls ups…. a wide variety of new types of exercises for her! Our daughter loves going to the classes and has been learning so much. Cortney Rager makes the classes a ton of fun and an awesome learning experience. Highly recommend!
